All My Children - Lily/Ava and Johnathan. Does anyone thinks it's weird that Johnathan is with Ava?

I mean, I get it and all, she looks just like Lily, but in what world (even soap world) would this actually work? I mean geesh, it was so obvious yesterday. I couldn%26#039;t really identify with Ava really until just yesterday. I have to admit, she%26#039;s a pretty good actress, especially for 17. Which is even weirder. Why did they pair 30 something year old Johnathan opposite a 17 year old (Levin Rambin) or whatever her name is?

I think Jonathan truly loves/loved Lily and initially fell for Ava because of her looks. But now, if Lily can handle it, and I think she will because she loves her sister, she%26#039;ll support the relationship Ava has with Jonathan. I%26#039;m liking Jon %26amp; Ava. I think they%26#039;re good for each other. Even though Ava is young, she%26#039;s %26quot;street smart%26quot; and more mature for her age.

I could understand the Jonathan/Lily thing after his surgery because he was slow %26amp; Lily is autistic but now he just looks like a pedofile. Especially since its Lily%26#039;s younger sister. Lily just graduated from high school, doesn%26#039;t that mean Ava should be in school? I don%26#039;t think Lily will handle this well anyway but its still gross.

Please! She could have been gay and gone for Bianca. She could decide to be jealous of Lily and try to take Jack%26#039;s affection (and wouldn%26#039;t Erica try to kill her). She could go after Jamie, Tad, Adam, JR, there%26#039;s any number of men in PV she could go after without making the whole storyline all ewwww!! Sometimes I think the writers are just plain lazy. If it hasn%26#039;t been done before, they don%26#039;t even try.

Reply:Ava is older than Lily, I%26#039;m not sure how much older though. Ava is mature beyond her young years and I really think that maturity plays almost as big of a role as age does (as long as they are at 18) it really depends on the couple. I am still hoping for a Lily/Jonathon reunion. They still love each other and Jonathon gets Lily and is so tender with her. But it would be Ava that would have to get them together because Lily would never go for it if she thinks it will hurt her sister in anyway.
