Is this a good Harry Potter theory about Lily?

I heard that the reason Harry has green eyes is because Lily does, which was because Snape fell in love with her and used a love potion to make her into a Slytherin. She resisted it (since she was also good at potions), but the green eyes remained. This is another reason why Snape had a personal dislike for Harry, since the eyes reminded himself of Lily.

Is this a good Harry Potter theory about Lily?
As far as I know there was never a romantic relationship between Lily Potter and Severus Snape. Snape hated Lily Potter because she was muggle born, I seriously doubt he would become romantically involved with her. Also in the Order of the Pheonix we see a memory of Snapes in which James Potter was bullying Snape and Lily stood up for Snape. If you remember Snapes reaction was less than thankful. He actually said he didn%26#039;t want help from a mud-blood. This doesn%26#039;t sound like someone in love to me...


I know Harrys eyes and their similarity to Lily Potters will be important in the next book, I don%26#039;t believe this is how though.

i think that the reason harry has lilly%26#039;s eyes because she died for him. and the eyes are the window to the soul, so lilly%26#039;s soul in in harry, protecting him
