Lily is my favorite flower and Louise is my maternal grandmother%26#039;s middle name.

What are your thoughts on the name Lily Louise?
I think its really cute.
Reply:I like the assonance of it. Lily Louise has a good number of syllables. I hope the last name doesn%26#039;t have too many syllables or it will ruin the sound. For example.: Lily Louise Smith. good. Lily Louise Mellencamp. Maybe too many.

My thoughts would be something along the lines of Lily Ann


or Tina Louise or Louise Meredith.


Play with the syllables and find something that almost rhymes.
