I have looked EVERYWHERE for neon/electric colored eyeliners, like Lily Allen wears. I really want a hot pink or neon yellow. I have tried sephora, mac, hot topic, etc. Can anyone tell me where I can find them? Preferably a liquid formula.

My Hot Topic does have some neon eyeliners, but since yours doesn%26#039;t, try H.I.P. High Intensity Pigments makes an eye crayon that looks really neon when wet. Also, Rimmel London makes some nice neon eyeliners. You can find these most likely at your Target.

Reply:Try a drugstore/pharmacy that sells makeup like Walgreens, I got some bright green and purple liquid eyeliner from there before but they might be out...I%26#039;m not sure but you could try.
