this is alot easier than you think...... tie your hair up in lots of buns and sleep in it, I am a hairdresser and use this on my own hair with damaging it with heat or products! when you take the buns out it will look just like lilly%26#039;s just comb it with wide toothed comb or just use your fingers, good luck xxx
Reply:i usually only brush my hair only when it%26#039;s wet to get any annoying tangles out then let it dry on it%26#039;s own. this is because mine seems to frizz or go straighter when brushed dry.
it depends on the thickness of your hair, if it%26#039;s to heavy then the weight off it will make it straight down without being able to find a natural wave.
maybe try getting a few simple layers. not to many tho.

We planted a bag of assorted lily bulbs which thrived and bloomed readily but now it seems they are all done blooming. Will they bloom again or is there something we need to do.

wow your hair is beautiful...i would die to have your hair lol... well i think what you can do is go to a hair stylist and get your hair layered so that the bottom layers are about the same length as they are now, and the shortest layers be right below shoulder length...my friend has the same look and it looks good on her

For the last pic (of lily): use a 1 inch barrel curling iron and curl it vertically for like 10 seconds on each section of hair and then comb them out with a paddele brush or fine tooth comb.

How strict are the staff in Tiger Lily (Oxford) about the age restrictions for lip piercing?
After having thought about it for a (long) while, I have decided that I definitely want a lip piercing. Except, the problem is that I am not yet 16, which means that legally I cannot get one. However, I have heard that the staff in Tiger Lily (Oxford) are not very strict with the age restriction and hardly ever ask for ID. I was just wondering if this was true and if I could easily get the piercing, (seeing as I will not be going with a parent, I do not want to look like a fool by getting refused).
Also, if they did ask for ID, would I be able to use a photocopy of my passport?

Lilies love full sun, as long as the bulbs are deep enough to keep cool when temperatures get high. A medium sandy loam soil with a reasonable amount of humus %26amp; organic matter is ideal. Peat moss can also be added. Heavy soils can be lightened with course sand and peat moss. Plant it the same depth it was in the pot.Thoroughly water your bulbs in after planting, so the soil settles around the bulb to prevent any air pockets. Add a 2-inch layer of organic mulch. Make sure your plant has air circulation and space so that the leaves can dry out easily after rain so they won%26#039;t be bothered by fungus.

What am i doing wrong with arum lily?
I bought an arum lily bulb and planted it in a pot outside, lovely green leaves grew then i noticed a type of bud it was hard and knobbly and white, this bud has now gone brown and nothing else has happened since. I have not got very green fingers and i know this was probably not the easiest plant to grow but i love lillies and you dont know till you try do you. So any tips????

I have already bough 2 daylillies and 12 lillies, i planted them 2 weeks ago. Only about 4 are coming up. And i planted some other bulbs like dahlia and a couple of others, but none of those came up. Why is this? Are they going to come up at all? I know they won%26#039;t bloom this year, but did they die? They were%26#039;t mushy or anything. I planted all the bulbs including the lillies all the proper ways, but so far only a couple of lillies are coming up, and none of the dahlias and the others are coming up. Why aren%26#039;t they coming up? will the come up, and bloom next year? one last thing, when should I plant my lily bulbs so that they bloom next year the best, this fall, or next spring? To prune or not to prune... my lily?
I have a Mount Duckling Garden Lily that has bloomed, and all the petals have fallen. Do I prune it? If so, how? Will it continue to flower through the summer if I prune it?

If you cut it back to the ground it will not hurt it. You can keep it around if you like the look of the foliage, however, it has finished blooming. If you want a lilly with more blooming time look at getting a daylilly. Stella d%26#039; oro is a frequent blooming daylilly.

They want the plant to grow rapidly and look great and then die after a short while so you will buy another. After replacing the dirt, put it in partial shade/sun and water it every few days. I fertalize mine about once a month with liquid fertalizer.

Reply:Depends on the last name too. There should be a rhythmic flow to the name when you say them all together. The general rule with names is that if you have a 2 syllable first name you either have a one or three syllable middle name.

However, I%26#039;ve experimented in the past and it seems that no matter which direction you plant them, they ALWAYS seem to know where the sun is and will find their way out of the ground to grace your garden with their beautiful foliage and blooms.
Just make sure to bury them 4-5 inches down (and about 10-12 inches apart) and add mulch if possible since they tend to like to stay moist instead of dry. Enjoy!

How do you prune a snowflake water lily? It is vinelike, not single stem.?
It is like a vine, one leaf grows out of another, not like the other lillies that each leaf comes off its own stalk. A secondary problem is the little %26quot;snowflake%26quot; flowers that grow off each pad, up to 20 sometimes, die and then just lay in the water off the pad. It is making a place for algea to collect and I don%26#039;t know how to prune it . I cut the stem all the way at the base for a regular lily.

Why are there so many men in Pine Valley who want to pretend to be mentally ill so they can take advantage of Lily? Jonathan did it, then some dude she met on the internet, and now Richie. Doesn%26#039;t anyone have a heart?

At first Jonathan was really mentally ill; he had a brain tumor and when they removed it, he lost some cognitive functions. He regained them later after a head injury. The guy on the internet was just your average SVU scumbag who preyed on younger girls and would have said anything to try to get some; Richie on the other hand is your basic sociopath who will not only use Lily, but his hearing-impaired father and his niece, Emma, as well. Point of fact, Lily%26#039;s character has a form of autism that allows her to function, but leaves her judgment impaired when it comes to relationships. The question should be Why doesn%26#039;t her family pay more attention to her so she doesn%26#039;t have to look outside? Maybe Jack should give up Erica for real.

its easy for the guys she meets to take advantage of her cuz she doesnt understand how everything works socially. and most men are creeps to women who kno how to operate socially. its fair to assume that they would take advantage of an innocent girl with autism.

My cat is eating my Peace Lily....?
My cat is eating my peace lily. I searched web sites to see if it is hazardous to his health and they say they are, but only certian parts. He shows no signs of illness. I just want to know if I should move it to a less accessable place, since I%26#039;m not getting rid of the plant, or the cat. What do yu all suggest? Are the killers of kitties???

How can I get my peace lily to bloom?
I have a peacy lily that hasn%26#039;t bloomed in over 2 years. What can I do for it to bloom? Its just there, and doesn%26#039;t do anything.

It could be because it does not have enough light. They prefer indirect sunlight but not too dark. The next thing is humidity. If the leaves have brown tips it may need more humidity. Try standing it in a saucer with gravel in that is always kept wet. The last reason could be that it needs repotting. Check how root bound it is by knocking it gently out of the pot. If it looks too congested pot up but not too much and give a little liquid feed..
Hopefully one or a combination of those will work...good luck :)

This plant reminds me of a cross between a hosta and lily of the valley...?
I saw this plant today and it has leaves like a hosta. They are green and outlined in white. They also have white flowers hanging down like lily of the valley. They do not lay like hostas, they are higher up. Does anyone have a name for this plant/flower? Thanks.

Y&R Fans...anyone worried about Lily and modeling overload that she has gotten herself into?
I think someone...Cane...needs to really step in and help lily out before something serious happens to her.
But I do think that the writers are addressing the serious side of modeling and how some models will go to the extreme for the gig. Anyone agree?

If there is an anorexic storyline, I%26#039;m not noticing it. But yeah, I do agree that they might be trying to show the darker side of modelling... in a very preachy way, too. I do believe, however, that with so much on her plate, Lily needs to slow down before she has an accident that lands her in the hospital.

I hope not , I really like Lily and Cane together and she doesnt need that to happen .

But I do think that there is a HUGE amount of pressure on models in the real world and the show is doing a very good job of portraying that. I actually like the story line. Lily needs to learn how to say no to Chloe. College should be her number one priority. If Lily keeps continuing at the pace she is going then something will end up happening to her. I just bought the new soap opera weekly today. And it is saying that lily decides to keep her baby after all. She even goes to Neil and she tells him that she is pregnant. Neil%26#039;s tells lily to keep her baby and that he will be there to help her every step of the way. I was so surprised when i read that. I was expecting Neil to bite her head off. And - i also thought he would yell at her because she was careless. And she has so much on her plate now. I was totally blown away by this.
