Reply:I just had a little girl and we named her Lilly Arianna, we thought about middle names FOREVER and could only come up with like two that sounded good...I%26#039;d tell you but I don%26#039;t remember. But I think if you named her Lily Anna, people would run it together and make it one name instead of a name and a middle name.
