Reply:It sounds kind of like the name Lily Marlane, It was a World war II song about a German Lady of the night.
Reply:Lily Dilana is a very very pretty name.
Reply:That;s a good name
Reply:I really like names that have meaning. good family names--they can go back --get a book or ask your grandparents about several family names.
Reply:I like it!!! I%26#039;ve never heard of Dilana. Maybe Delana instead because Dilana reminds me of pickles. You don%26#039;t want your childs name to remind people of pickles.
Reply:I like it!
Reply:No, sorry. It sounds hippie, or like a spiritual guide or something. Which, I guess, isn%26#039;t bad if you like that type of stuff. I%26#039;m not crazy about Lily Anna, either.
Reply:i think it rhymes to much like lily dilly
Reply:Lily dilana sound like a hooker or stripper

Lily Ana - sounds old.

Reply:i think it%26#039;s very pretty. i am pregnant with a girl now and we were thinking about Lilly Rayne but decided against it simply because we liked another name a bit better, but we had it down to those 2. We did just get a cat though and we named her Lilly cause we still like the name. anyway, i think your name would be great. good luck.
Reply:nooo.. sorry =S
Reply:Hi. You will hate me, but not %26quot;Dilana%26quot;, Sounds too much like Dill. Not a good association. Lily is cute. Keep that. Keep thinking of other choices. Lily Amanda? I like that. Anyway, I know you are going to be a great mom!
Reply:no! she%26#039;ll be teased and called silly banana!
Reply:No. I don%26#039;t like names where someone will say %26quot;what?%26quot;.
Reply:my first daughter%26#039;s name is Lily Ann Jean and my second daughter%26#039;s name is Daisy Ann Michele, so I think Lily is a pretty name. let the middle name be your choice not your parents. both of my girls middle names are for family.
Reply:I just had a little girl and we named her Lilly Arianna, we thought about middle names FOREVER and could only come up with like two that sounded good...I%26#039;d tell you but I don%26#039;t remember. But I think if you named her Lily Anna, people would run it together and make it one name instead of a name and a middle name. You can use Arianna if you want I won%26#039;t tell anyone you copied :)
