Any place that sells water garden accessories. Usually large garden centers or greenhouses. They are tubers in a %26quot;ventilated%26quot; pot. Just drop them in the water.
Reply:Growing water Lilies from seed is not an easy task. I bought several on eBay....only had a couple grow to a nature plant. Best thing to do is buy the tuber or plant cutting and grow it from that point. You should be able to find them on eBay also.
