Which cheeky mouthed Brit singer do you prefer--Lily Allen or Lady Sovereign? AND why?

I personally LOVE Lily Allen...she ROCKS!!! Her songs are far from sugar-coated!!!


Lady Sovereign annoys me, on the other hand! She's trying hard to be a toughie (although I must admit I like her witty rap), when she simply looks like a tiny version of Sporty Spice!

Which cheeky mouthed Brit singer do you prefer--Lily Allen or Lady Sovereign? AND why?
Lily Allen is by far better. She's good looking. She's a talented singer. She acts convincing in her videos. She seems to be an all around performer. I caught her live on TV a few nights back and she did quite well with that as well.





Lady Sovereign I do find interesting. She has the first rap song and video that I actually kind of liked in a long time. I don't much care for rap, but I found her approach fresh. She could be a top star with a bit of improvement. She needs to sing more and rap less. (her rap is witty and original, but it needs melodic content with). She needs to act her age and not come off as some 14 year old who thinks the whole world hates her cuz her mum and dad won't bow to her outrageous whims. her video as an over all, was good, but puuuuleeeaze...the hamster bit was a bit much.

I haven't listened to much of Lady Sovereign really except for that song she did the Ordinary Boys - but I think she is trying too hard really......
Reply:I like 'em both. However I think I slightly favor Lily Allen because "Smile" is my newest addiction, it's the perfect over the ex song. Hahaha I'm glad someone else noticed that Lady Sovereign looks like Sporty Spice!!

Reply:Lady Sovereign is at least real. I know you won't agree with me, but Lily Allen pretends to be something she isn't. She likes to make out she's had a hard, tough life etc., but actually she was born rich and wrapped in cotton wool. Why won't she admit it?
