How do I get my eye make-up to look like that of Lily Allen's?
it looks like she uses really pigminted eyeshadow along the lid in a bright color, and then uses a liquid black eyeliner thickly over it swiping upwards to give the cat eye effect. To get your eyeshadow even bolder dip the applicator in water then in your eyeshadow and apply it wet to your lid, then let it dry and put more dry shadow over it. you will need a steady hand for the liquid eyeliner, but once you get the hang of it, its easy. good luck, -cute makeup idea...
