There are 2 weeks till the fancy dress party so I have quite a bit of time however any answers involving anything cheap and easy would be great. Any store names that might have clothes that suit Lily would be awsome.

Well, Macy's has cute dresses for cheap. I would go with a medium lendth....down to the knee, quirky dress.

Get gold. Get long gold necklaces...and earrings, bracelets and rings. You can get fake gold jewelry anywhere, really.
For the bracelets, I'd reccomend a chain bracelet or bangles.
For the earrings, get the big gold bamboo ones. Like the kind in the LDN video. I found this site from a magazine, i think it will work great, and I hopefully it delivers fast.
