What anatomical similarities do humans share with a lily as indicated by the corresponding DNA similarities?

I recently read that the DNA between humans and a lily is 33% identical. Therefore there must be corresponding anatomical identities. What could they possibly be?

There are a lot of similarities at the cellular level. For example, the ribosomes work the same way.

This assumption is totally flawed. There is no justification whatsoever in assuming anatomical congruence based on such low levels of genetic congruence.

Those low levels of correspondence largely reflect shared proteins, not shared anatomy.
