Is there such a plant as the "japanese peace lily?" And if so, is it the same as a normal peace lily?

After seeing Hot Fuzz, I wanted to look into the japanese peace lily, but when I searched the net, I found nothing. Is there really such a plant?

In all my studies I have never heard of one. However, like most common names, it%26#039;s possible somewhere some group of people call some plant by that name. The only ones I%26#039;ve ever seen are the Spathiphyllum variety.
